- Hobbii Alpaca Silk (1) fingering, 70% alpaca, 30% silk, 181 yds / 166 m, 1.75 oz / 50 g per skein. Shown in colors:

- Cowl is worked in unturned rounds.
- Ch 3 at the beginning of the round counts as a st throughout pattern, begin working in second st.
- Ch 1 at the beginning of the round does not count as a st throughout the pattern, begin working in first st.
- Fasten off the working color at the end of the section leaving a 5” (12.5 cm) tail to weave in.
- For section 3, you can carry C1 up the inside of the work and fasten off at the end. For C3, carry the yarn up the inside of the work when only one rnd of C1 is used between the color. `
