About the Sea Villain Crochet Blanket Pattern
For the last few years I have been working on fulfilling all of the requests for Princesses and Superhero crochet blankets, but I felt it was time to take a break and begin working on another request. The Villains!
I attempted working on this Sea Villain Crochet Blanket Pattern last year and had to set it aside, because it wasn't coming out how I envisioned. Thankfully, when I decided to head back to the drawing board, the ideas flowed and the vision came to life! I am so ecstatic over the Sea Villain crochet blanket, I am sure it is my favorite to date!
This easy to intermediate crochet pattern features 5 of the Sea Villains 8 tentacles, with a coral-like ruffle between them. The blanket has a sea shell decoration at the bodice for storing that beautiful voice, and long sleeves to keep you warm.
The Sea Villain crochet blanket is worked up with 2 strands of yarn and an 11.5mm hook. This allows the blanket to work up fast and give extra warmth. The instructions include sizes Child, Adult, and Large Adult. If you want to make a smaller child or toddler size blanket, you can follow the child size instructions and use a 10mm hook.
About the yarn
I used Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn in Black, Grape, and Periwinkle to complete the Sea Villain Crochet Blanket Pattern.
